The AOY Experience

Join Art of Yoga in Greece — beginning with one night in Athens before continuing to the Aegialis Hotel & Spa on Amorgos, a serene Cycladic island where whitewashed cliffs meet the deep blue Aegean. Perched above the sea, Aegialis offers sweeping views, a refreshing pool, comfortable island-style rooms, and a restaurant serving fresh, locally sourced Greek cuisine, all within a relaxed, community-focused atmosphere that emphasizes environmental, physical, and mental well-being. This AOY experience blends yoga, movement, and rest with the quiet magic of one of the Cyclades' most unspoiled islands — the perfect retreat designed to recharge and inspire.
