What You Need to Know

Your membership includes daily communication and personalized feedback from Heather, along with a customized 4-week progressive strength training program. You’ll receive weekly and daily inversion drills, plus full access to an extensive digital library of training videos, daily programming, and exclusive resources to support you every step of the way.

When you log into the main course, each week begins on Sunday and includes brand-new, personalized strength training and inversion programming. Strength training can be completed at your own pace throughout the week, while inversion drills are designed to be live and interactive. You’ll send Heather your daily inversion drill videos, allowing her to review your progress and provide real-time tips and individualized feedback.

You can train from anywhere—no gym required. All you need is a yoga mat, a block, a chair, a wall, and a bit of floor space.

You’ll stay connected through the Inversion Mastermind Community via a WhatsApp group, along with daily one-on-one feedback from Heather in a private WhatsApp chat. This ongoing communication keeps you supported, motivated, and accountable throughout the program. Everything is easy to access directly from your phone.

Even if four weeks feels busy or you miss a few days, there’s no need to worry. The entire program is intentionally designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue progressing for up to six months after the program ends.

  • Your daily time commitment includes two components: inversion drills and strength training.

    Strength training typically takes 15–45 minutes per day, depending on the individual and the day’s programming. Inversion drills range from 5–30 minutes, also varying by the day and your personal needs.

  • Yes, this course if fully virtual with Live Sunday Sessions during the 4-week launch.

  • This training is designed for all ages, with participants ranging from their 20s through their mid-60s successfully completing the 4-week program.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, this course is designed for all levels. We’ve had participants successfully complete the training with no prior inversion experience, as well as experienced practitioners who have been working with inversions for years and wanted to refine their technique, build strength, and improve alignment.

  • Pull-ups and handstands are included in the programming, but no prior ability in either is required to join. The program meets you where you are—whether that means starting with a simple bar hang to build toward a pull-up, or using the wall to develop the strength and confidence to hold your legs overhead in a handstand. If you have the desire to work toward these challenging skills, you’ll be given the tools and progressions to get there. All that’s required is patience and commitment.

  • This 4-week program is fully virtual and designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. To receive the benefits of live, personalized feedback, you’ll film your daily inversion drills and send them to Heather via WhatsApp—allowing you to train from anywhere while still receiving the support and guidance of in-person coaching.

    How-to Video Set Up

    1. Gather any props you need: yoga mat, yoga block, chair, and center by some empty wall space.

    2. Set up your phone on something steady, turn to video camera, and select selfie mode.

    3. Film yourself doing your individual assigned drills everyday for that week.

    4. Send videos to Heather via private whatsapp assigned chat labeled “Name Mastermind Videos”.

    5. Heather will give you live feedback on your videos within 12-24 hours after posting.
