With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Heather has built a career in personal training, group fitness and yoga instruction. She has spent 15 years teaching yoga, over 8 years leading yoga teacher training programs, and more than 15 years training in martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—earning her black belt in the discipline.

Devoting her life to fitness, movement, and helping others reach their goals, Heather has developed a comprehensive training approach refined through years of practice. Her unique program can be customized to meet each individual’s specific needs, ensuring a balanced and effective path toward personal growth and physical wellness.
